    comfprtable, excellent service, LOVE that we could leave our car in their parking lot until we came back from our honeymoon, and it was cheap cheap cheap!
    4 smiles A Little Tired, but Convenient
    We always stay at this property when we have an early flight, as we live over 2 hours from the airport. Rooms are OK. Parking & shuttle can not be beat. Coming home, it is only about 1/4 mile walk from baggage claim.

    tHIS HOTEL WAS Outdated.It felt filthy, and the bed made husband and itchy. The tub was moldy around the sides, the walls in the bathroom were all BADLY patched up from prior damage, etc. After Only One shower we had no hot water!!

    The hotel rooms were big and comfortable. the property is situated near to Reno downtown. It was a comfortable visit, as is always in Best Western!!
    2 smiles Renovations under way
    Upon arrival, requested non-smoking hotel room was not available. the property is undergoing renovations and many rooms are closed off. was able to obtain the only nonsmoking hotel room available for a considerable increase in price. The desk help were helpful, in addition the property is shabby and the renovations are needed. found better accomodations at another site in Reno at a much better price.
